Definition of SCIENCE - The state of knowing : knowledge as distinguished from ignorance or misunderstanding. The scientific method: Principles and procedures for the systematic pursuit of knowledge involving the recognition and formulation of a problem, the collection of data through observation and experiment, and the formulation and testing of hypotheses. Technical: the process that is used by scientists for testing ideas and theories by using experiments and careful observation.

How Did It All Come Into Existence?

How did it all get here... The Universe, this galaxy, earth and all the things in it? Some of the current theories are:

It all happened by chance from nothing. Can something come from nothing?
Some scientists speculate that we were placed here by extra-terrestrials, but NOT God.
The visible universe and all that is in it was created by the Creator - Intelligent Design.

There are many theories but which scenario is most probable? What is the truth? Is there more evidence for one point of view then the other? In the videos that follow we will explore the possibilities. So, buckle up and let’s get started.

Robert J. Spitzer, S.J., (b. May 16, 1952) is a Jesuit priest, philosopher, educator, author, speaker, and retired President of Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. Spitzer is founder and currently active as President of Magis Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to public education concerning the complementary relationship among the varied disciplines of physics, philosophy, reason, and faith.
